Dennis Witte

Dennis F. Witte, age 83, of Neshkoro, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Heartland House in Wautoma.

He was born April 24, 1938 in Milwaukee, the son of Fred and Olive (Dettman) Witte. He married JoAnne Mager on July 15, 1961 in Milwaukee.

Dennis graduated from Garden Homes and Rufus King, eventually joining the United States Army where he was stationed in France for two years. Dennis worked for CDM Tool and Manufacturing, Milwaukee and Hartford and retiring from Triangle Tool and Manufacturing, Milwaukee.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 60 years, JoAnne Witte, Neshkoro; children: Lian (Bill) Collins, Colgate, WI, Rodd (Jean) Witte, Wauwatosa, WI; grandson: Dane (Amanda) Collins, West Allis, WI; great grandson: Owen Collins; three step-grandchildren: Kathryn (Tony) Garay, James and Christopher Lechner; niece: Suzanne (Andy) Hoeppner, Fredonia, WI; nephew: Robert (Libby) Koszuta, Peoria, IL. He is further survived by other relatives and very special friends. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents one sister, Carol and brother-in-law, Jerome Koszuta.

A Celebration of Dennis’ life will be held at a later date.
