COLOMA, WI – Timothy W. Jones, age 66, passed away on April 29, 2026. Tim was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to David and Suzanne Jones. A graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School, he went on to earn a degree from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore.

Tim was a man of many talents, building a diverse career that spanned welding, electronic drafting, and food service management. An outstanding chef, Tim found genuine joy in feeding others. He was particularly known for his skill on the grill and his ability to smoke foods to perfection.

A passionate outdoorsman, Tim was most at home in the quiet of the woods. Deer hunting was the highlight of his year; he rarely missed getting "his deer" each season, though he cherished the camaraderie of his fellow hunters and the sights and sounds of nature just as much as the hunt itself.

Tim never met a stranger as he could strike up a conversation with anyone he encountered. He had a deep-rooted love for music, having played the saxophone and worked as a DJ. In recent years, he especially loved listening to his family members perform.

Tim is survived by his two sons, Christopher and Daniel Jones;Grandson Trace; his brothers, David (Barbara) Jones and Andrew (Susan) Jones; his sister, Holly (Tom) Stanfield; and his nieces and nephews, Amy (Matt) Dunham, Jennifer (Jeff) Boldig, David (Jennifer) Jones, Stuart (Emily) Jones and Brian (Shelby) Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Suzanne Jones.

Service Information: A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 9th, at St. James Episcopal Church, 148 S. 8th Street, West Bend, WI 53095.
