Steven Kraemer

Steven A. "Rhino" Kraemer, age 57, of Wautoma, died suddenly and unexpectedly Sunday, August 21, 2016 at his home.

He was born October 30, 1958 in Milwaukee the son of Raymond R. and Marie J. (Schmitt) Kraemer.

Steve was a 1976 graduate of Boys Tech High School in Milwaukee. In 1983, his family moved to Wautoma where he was employed in the family business Pioneer Floral for many years. Steve loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, gardening and playing basketball.

He is survived by his daughter, Kayla Chamberlain, Redgranite; his mother, Marie Kraemer, Wautoma; his brothers and sisters, Mark (Karen) Kraemer, Sturgeon Bay, Rachel Frederick, Wautoma, Lisa (Rick) Larson, Wild Rose, Kevin Kraemer, Dale, Sue (Mark) Lund, Wautoma, Greg Kraemer, Rhinelander, Carol Kraemer, Scottsdale, AZ. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives and friends.

Steve was preceded in death by his father and by two brothers, Michael and Keith.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Leikness Funeral Home in Wautoma with Rev. Blaine O. Niskanen officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Wautoma at a later date.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in his name.
