Patricia Ann Boquist, age 66, of Wautoma passed away Friday, June 27, 2014, at Heartland House in Wautoma.
She was born January 8, 1948 in Wild Rose the daughter of Alfonzo and Merna (Christie) Hudziak and was raised by Thomas and Charlotte Wargula. She married Joseph O. Boquist on August 30, 1969 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma.
Pat was a 1966 graduate of Wautoma High School. She was employed as Administrative Assistant for Waushara County Department of Human Services for 40 years until her retirement. Pat loved her family and enjoyed going to the casino.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Boquist, Wautoma; two sons, Troy (Jennifer) Boquist, Imperial, CA, Jason (Michelle) Boquist, Wautoma; five grandchildren, Abigail, Adalyn, and Aiden Boquist, Jasper and Griffin Boquist; two brothers, Gary (Ileen) Hudziak, Wild Rose, Roger (Judy) Hudziak, Watertown, NY; her uncle, Clement ( Marie) Hudziak, Janesville; a brother-in-law, Ted (Carol) Boquist, Minocqua. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and by one sister, Joan Okray.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma with Rev. Theodore Lewandowski officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Wautoma.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Leikness Funeral Home in Wautoma and on Tuesday at the Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. A Parish Prayer service will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
