John Glen Ritschke, age 55, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at his home. He was born in Wittenberg on February 20, 1962 to Duane and Shirley (Stroude) Ritschke. John Married Margie Molinski and they were foster parents for 9 years. He worked for Curtis Mathis, Dept of Natural Resources in the Fisheries Department, Erickson Mink Ranch and Stafford Construction. John enjoyed darts, fishing, hunting, was a collector of all things and an animal lover.
John is survived by his wife: Margie Ritschke; stepsons: Michael (Jill) Borst, Gary (Becky Bitney) Borst, Allen Borst; his companion: Parker, his dog; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brothers: Wayne (Suzy), Billy, Ralph, Kevin (Elysia) Ritschke; step sister: Deb (Mike) Haemmerle; step brother: David (Rene) Young; uncle: Dick Ritschke; special foster mother: Bev Echtner; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held on May 7, 2017 at Otto Brey Park in Auroraville, WI from 12PM to 4PM.
