Edward Bagley

Edward C. Bagley, age 67, of Coloma, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at is home. He was born May 20, 1943 in Portage, the son of Howard and Wilma (Ristau) Bagley. He married Carol R. Geringer on April 29, 1972 in Coloma. Edward owned and operated Ed Bagley & Sons Construction of Coloma for many years. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing. Ed was an active member of the Harrisville Sportsmen Club. He was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Coloma where he was past president of the church council. Ed served as trustee for the Village of Coloma for a number of years. He is survived by his wife, Carol R. Bagley, Coloma; two sons, Brian (Kim) Bagley, Madison, Shaun (Kari) Bagley, Montello: stepdaughter,
Michelle Mikutis, St. Louis, MO.; his mother, Wilma Cavanaugh, Coloma; seven grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Kailey, Hunter, Chaira, Gabriella, and Sam; one brother, Donald (Jan) Bagley, Coloma; one sister, Kathleen (Jim) Farrell, Madison; a sister-in-law, Olga Goffin, Coloma. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, and by his brother-in-law, David Goffin. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Coloma with Pastor Kelli Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Prince of Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
