Doreen Mae (nee: Schrieffer) Harrington

Coloma - Doreen Mae Harrington, 89, passed away at home early Sunday morning, August 16, 2026.

She was born February 15, 1937 in Superior the oldest daughter of Lawrence and Dorothy (nee:Lebard) Schrieffer. She married Leonard Harrington on January 6, 1956 in Superior.

Doreen is survived by her five children, Randy, Don, Debbie, Penny and Keith (Jaye); 19 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is further survived by one brother Eugeen; sister Arleen; sisters-in-law Della Schrieffer and Kathy Harrington, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leonard, sisters Maxeen, Loreen and Kathleen; brothers Leneen, Roydeen and Deneen; sisters-in-law Ethel, Vivian, Helen, Judy and Ruby; brothers-in-law Clarence “Shorty”, Bob, Elmer, Don and Clifford “Gene”.

A Memorial Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma. The family will greet relatives and friends at Leikness Funeral Home on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 9:30AM until the time of services at 11AM.
