Donald H. Bagley, age 69, formerly of Coloma, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton.
He was born May 25, 1948 in Wild Rose, the son of Howard and Wilma (Ristau) Bagley. He married Janet H. “Jan” Heise on Dec. 4, 1965 in Waukon, Iowa.
Don worked at Badger Ordnance in Baraboo, drove truck for Brakebush Brothers, Moodie Trucking and Plainfield Trucking and retired as salesman for Coloma Oil Company. Following retirement, he worked at Pine Lake Camp and Coloma Farms. Donald loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and boating. He was a longtime former member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Coloma where he served on the Cemetery Board.
He is survived by his wife, Janet “Jan” Bagley; three children, Teri Bagley, Todd Bagley, and Tom (Melissa) Bagley; grandchildren, Mark (Tanisha), Brittany (Santosh), Erin (Ryan), Miranda (Zack), Sarah (Seth), Raquel, T.J. (Taylor), Allie (Sam), Myriah, and Kayli; great grandchildren, Aydin, Gabriel, Dreavon, Ariana, Alana, Lavender, Devin, Mason and Luke; one sister, Kathy (Jim) Farrell; sister-in-law, Carol Bagley. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Don was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother, Edward Bagley.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Coloma with Rev. David Curtis officiating. Burial will be at Prince of Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the Church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.
