David Allen Dredske, 65, of Wautoma, Wisconsin, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 23, 2026, in the comfort of his home. David was born a twin son to Audrey and James Dredske on January 27, 1961, in Wautoma, WI.
David was a gentle and humble soul who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He had a passion for hunting and fishing, often accompanied by family on those cherished outings. Whether gathered around a campfire or tending to his garden, David embraced the outdoors and delighted in sharing the return of the harvest with others. Mt. Morris and his home are places where he found peace and comfort. Music played an integral role in David’s life. A talented guitarist, he performed with numerous bands over the years. A selfless man and quite the character. He was always able to bring the joy and laughter, no matter the time.
David is survived by his son Jacob Alvin Dredske; his mother Audrey Dredske; and his siblings Rick Dredske (and partner Valerie), Doug Dredske (and wife Julee), and sister Kris . He was predeceased by his father James Dredske; brothers Terry Dredske and Jimmy Dredske; paternal grandparents Alvin and Barbara Dredske; and maternal grandparents Marvin and Ann Hornig.
David’s remembrance will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his legacy of music, love for nature, and the memories shared around the campfire bring comfort to all of those who mourn his passing.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
