Connor Alan Henke

Jun 13, 1998 — Jul 9, 2026

Wautoma

Connor Alan Henke, 28, of Wautoma, Wisconsin was taken too soon Thursday, July 9th, 2026.

Connor was born on June 13th, 1998 to Jody and Shannon Henke(Chamberlin). Connor graduated from Wautoma High School, was a licensed auto mechanic, car salesman, and held his CDL since 2023. He worked at Maverick Pumping Service as a diesel mechanic and driver. Connor also worked with his dad (Jody Henke) as a driver and mechanic for many years at J & J Trucking and Excavating, routinely saving the day fixing equipment overnight to keep the job going. Connor was an avid car enthusiast, owning over 20+ vehicles in his life, including classic cars and trucks, motorcycles, sports cars and his favorite: Trucks that could do burnouts.

Connor loved everything about cars, whether he was driving them with music blasting, washing and detailing them for just the right photo, riding bikes with family and friends, or even wrenching on them till the late hours in the morning. Connor was a loving and kind man, who would drop everything to help you if needed. Routinely taking food as payment for fixing family and friends’ cars. Connor loved the outdoors, with hikes with his brother and family camping trips to motorcycle rides with his sister and brother-in-law. Connor was also an avid farmer, having his own garden that he was proud of.

Connor is survived by his parents, Shannon Henke(Stephanie Taylor), and Jody Henke(Judy Raatz), siblings Jenna (John) Allen, Dillon Henke(Srivalli Paulson Ihlenfeld), Taylor Rivers, and Isabella Henke. He is also survived by his grandparents: Kathy and Mike Chamberlin and Christine Henke. He is preceded by his grandfather Alan Henke. Connor is also survived by dozens of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many friends who knew him, even those who knew him only for a short while.

Connor will be remembered for his jokes, his laughter, his funny t-shirts, and his kind heart. Loved by all the children in his life, from cousins to family friends, everyone enjoyed having Connor around. Whenever he was present, you knew things were going to be okay. And of course, we will all remember his amazing wheelies and burnouts. Rev High Connor.
