Beverley M. Thada

Beverley M. Thada, born February 28, 1932, passed away peacefully at 94 years old at the Barrett House in Green Lake, WI on July 16, 2026. During her last few years of life, she was cared for by the amazing assistants at the house.

She is survived by 2 siblings: Barbara Nigbor (Berlin, WI), George Cooley (Peoria, IL), 4 daughters: Susan Fink (Oshkosh), Karen (Rodney) Decker (Spring Valley, CA), Linda (Donald) Barzano (Princeton, WI), Patti Thada (Berlin, WI); 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Phydellia Cooley; siblings, Mary Thada and Paul Boeck; son-in-law, Wayne Fink.

A lifelong resident of Berlin, Beverley was a strong-headed, stubborn woman who worked hard until she retired from Ripon Cookie. She then worked a few years at the Berlin Library as a senior, always walking there to stay in good health and enjoy the beautiful weather, especially the fall colors. She also enjoyed a little gambling, collecting magnets, the Green Bay Packers, black coffee, the morning news channel, and loved all her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
