Audrey Elaine Knopp

Audrey Elaine Knopp, age 82 of Oshkosh died on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Aurora St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born on July 13, 1940 in Reedsburg to Bliss and Clara (Krey) Crane. On August 5, 1961 Audrey married Richard Knopp in Neshkoro. Audrey worked as a teacher for over 40 years for the Neenah School District. She enjoyed sewing, traveling abroad, camping, boating, snowmobiling, watching the Packers and Brewers, showing dogs and a cat to their Grand Championships, traveling to the shows and loving many kinds of animals and working in her garden and flower beds. Audrey was a faithful devoted member of Living Waters Lutheran Church in Oshkosh.

Audrey is survived by her son: “Christopher” Keith R. Knopp (Shelly Scherer); sister: Barbara Lovett; sisters-in-law: Maureen Crane, Darlene Crane, Mary Margaret “Mutz” (Ernie) Scheld; brother-in-law: Dennis Reetz; aunt: Ardell Albers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Richard Knopp; sister: Patsy Reetz; brothers: Gilbert Crane, Bliss “Butch” Crane, Dean Crane, Adrian Crane and brother-in-law: David Lovett

Memorial services will be held at 11AM on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Living Waters Lutheran Church, Oshkosh with burial to follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Neshkoro. The family will greet relatives and friends at church on Friday from 10AM until the time of services at 11AM.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be given/sent to Living Waters Lutheran, Oshkosh in Audrey’s name.
